Funding Success: Developing novel powder products for the nutraceutical sector

A meeting at the SFN Virtual Sandpit in July 2020 gave rise to this collaboration and ultimately resulted in a successful SPRINT-funded project. The project aims to turn food waste into new, premium products that are rich in fibre, nutrients and nutraceuticals.
