At this year’s conference we will be exploring three themes and, across panel discussions, and feedback from delegates, sharing what works and, as importantly, what doesn't, and looking at potential solutions for the future, new areas of research, and how to overcome any challenges and barriers. Our three themes this year are:
Programme Outline
We are delighted to welcome two keynote speakers from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), who will discuss the challenges to our global food systems and what we need to do next as a research community and practitioners. We will then consider the three themes of the day, with panel discussions, and questions and feedback from delegates. There will also be a short update from several funding bodies on their future plans and funding opportunities.
Registration
To book your place, please complete the registration form by Thursday 21 November (for attending in person) or Tuesday 26 November (if attending online). If attending in-person, complimentary refreshments will be provided on the day, but you will need to cover your own travel. For those attending online, a webinar link will be sent out in the week beginning 18 November.
